Corporate Digglytone Service is targeted to corporate customers wherein they can use their own Corporate Tone to advertise or promote their company whenever their clients call. The Corporate Digglytone can be set as default to all the employees, a certain group/department within the company, or to a specific personal like the CEO and Directors/managers. Also the company can set the corporate tone on a certain time segment and date s. As an Example, Company A can set the corporate tone to all the employees daily from 8 am to 4 pm.

How can the corporate access the service?
The company can access the service by accessing the web portal Corporate Digglytone Service. Wataniya will provide the company the web portal link and the log-in credentials such as the corporate admin code and password.

What are the fees for this service?
There will be a set-up fee which is one time and monthly maintenance fee and tone fee. The tone fee is computed based on the number of employees assigned with the Corporate Digglytone.

Who can assign the Corporate Digglytone to the employees?
Only the corporate admin is allowed to assign the corporate tone to the employees of the company.

Will the employees be charged for the assigned tones of the company?
The Corporate Postpaid account which was nominated by the company will be charged for the fees for this service. However, if an employee downloads the tone from his/her personal line then that personal line will be charged.

If an employee has an existing personal tone when will the corporate tone be played?
