E-Waste Recycling Program

Wataniya proactively contributes to an extensive range of corporate social responsibility programs from public welfare to events for youth. By launching a new E-Waste Recycling Program today, Wataniya becomes a pioneer who has taken up the cause of protecting Kuwait’s environment and the health of its community.

The E-Waste Recycling Program was introduced in partnership with Enviroserve, the only licensed electronics recycling operator in the Gulf. Providing a solution to this rising issue, Wataniya is encouraging its customers to recycle their unwanted mobile devices, batteries and other accessories through the E-Waste Recycling Program.

To ensure the success of this campaign and raise awareness, Wataniya will host a draw once every month. Customers will get a chance to win latest smart phones.

Boxes called “EnviroDrop” are set up at all Wataniya stores where customers can drop off their used phones and accessories.
