• 4. What do I get when I first purchase my prepaid plan?

  When you first purchase your prepaid plan you will receive a pocket guide that provides you with useful information.

  With your SIM card you will receive a security envelop containing a Mobile Certificate PIN code. This special PIN code allows you to identify yourself and authorize digital transactions in a secure manner using your mobile phone.

  Important Note: Your PIN code can be used to authorize mobile payments - please keep your PIN code confidential.

• 5. How do I use my prepaid recharge card?

  On the back of the recharge card is a silver colored scratch-off panel. After you scratch off the covering layer, you will see a recharge number.

  Call 565 for Arabic or 575 for English to charge and recharge the mobile phone.

  Once you have entered the recharge number, listen for the message that states your balance.

  Customers can also dial 555 to know the expiry date of the recharge card.

  You can also recharge your pre-paid line by simply entering the following command on your mobile phone-  *111*recharge code# .

  To change the menu from Arabic to English Dial 555 => 4 => 1 => 1

  If your Recharge Card expires, but you still have credits, you will enter the 100 days service period. If you purchase a new Recharge Card, the value will be added to the existing credit and you can use the combined credit within the validity period.

• 8. How long after my recharge card expires do I have before I lose my number?

  You have a service period of 100 days after the expiry date of your Recharge Card. If you do not recharge your mobile phone within the 100 days, Wataniya Telecom reserves the right to re-assign the number to another customer.

  The expiration date for a prepaid card is calculated from the latest time a recharge occurred, unless the previous recharge card has a larger period than the latest one.
